• Can I have an electronic copy?
  Yes. Market Reports are now available in electronic format, but only on payment of the full electronic license. Usage of the report for internal research purposes is unrestricted and the Report is emailed in Word format to enable licensees to cut and paste such aspects of the report as they need into other reports.  Prices for full electronic licenses start at £3000+vat per site.
• How do I find out if my company is included?
  Call 01280 843900 to find out or email info@arkbusiness.co.uk with your contact name and company details.
• How do I change the entry for my company?
  Our data is based on independently verified data, for example, from Companies House. If the company secretary of your company can show how Companies House have got it wrong, we will gladly help with the corrections.
• How do you select companies for inclusion?
  The deciding factor is whether the products or services supplied could be seen in the mind of a customer as substitutable for those of another company in the market under review. Companies can be much more precise on market definitions than customers are, and accordingly market boundaries can be quite fluid. This is an art not a science and we use the experience of directors from the markets in question to make these fine judgments.
• Can I get extra copies of the Report or Newsletters?
  Yes - subscribers get special rates. Electronic copies of the Market reports are available on a site licence only and can be supplied in PDF or Word. Photocopying of Reports is strictly prohibited, and typically it is cheaper to buy a site licence if more than 4 or 5 users are envisaged.
• Can I get my company included?
  Call 01280 843900 or email dj@arkbusiness.co.uk to put your name forward. If your company provides services in this field we will be delighted to discuss matters. If your company has been excluded for any reason we will be happy to explain why.
• Is this a Subscription service?
  Yes. ARK also ensures that for each calendar year whenever you purchase the Market Report you will receive the latest updated or revised version when it is published.  Should you buy, for example, the Safety report in March and it is updated in September, you will receive the full revised edition in September as well as the March edition. Market reports are typically revised, updated and enhanced annually and you will receive notification of the new edition for the following year and be offered pre-publication discounts if applicable.
• What is included in the subscription?
  Market Report subscribers receive a copy of the full Report together with the newsletter service and details of changes to each company in more detail as they happen. Market reports include full Market Maps for the Market as a whole, each sector within the market, and each company listed is plotted in its relative position according to growth and profitability achieved. Market benchmarks are updated quarterly, and changes in major benchmarks are reviewed and revised as data becomes available.
• Can I see more of what each report covers?
  Yes - downloads in pdf format are available for review from this web site. The best explanation is to be found in the White Paper and extensive sample pages from each report are now inlcuded on the relvant product pages.

• How do I get more details of where my company is within the Market Maps?
  Leading and key suppliers in the market are now profiled extensively in the Market Report. Companies which wish to see their position within the market map overall can apply for a bespoke report on their business and its competitive market position. Prices are on application.
