A.R.K. was born out of our frustration at being unable to find useful research when we needed it. Accordingly we set up A.R.K. Business Analysis as a corporate finance research business devoted to tackling the difficult B2B compliance markets that require specialist knowledge and focus.

M&A deals are tracked and quantified for all deals in the Markets we analyse. A.R.K. look beyond the listed companies and well known brands to see how a market really works. Intensity of competition, substitutes, new entrants and the power of suppliers and buyers are all analysed.
